It's a good practice course in my opinion. Cheap, well you get what you pay for here and since you can walk, pace is slow!!!!!

This course is in better shape than any municipal course I have played in 2 to 3 years. The gun range located nearby is distracting at first, but then you tend to not notice it after 2 or 3 holes. The course is well manicured and the greens are in great shape. Just enough trouble on every hole. Nice to be able to take a divot without hitting black clay that is so prevalent in the dallas area. The sand traps are fair and in good condition.
